Liza Him Castro
Liza Him is a Broker Associate at Peabody Real Estate, LLC who began her career in real estate thirteen years ago specializing in residential sales and leasing in the Coral Gables, Miami, Brickell, Downtown and Miami Beach submarkets. Since joining the firm in 2007, Liza has been an instrumental member of the sales and leasing team at Latitude One Office Condominium project (a 230,000 s. f. Office Condominium Building) since its beginning in 2005. Mrs. Him has successfully completed developer sales and continues to represent various owners and landlords in the building. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, she was the regional director of research for Latin America and the Caribbean region at CBRE (CB Richard Ellis, a global commercial real estate company).
Liza holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Business Management from St. Thomas University. She is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Born and raised in Panama City, Panama Liza is fluent in Spanish and English. She currently resides in the City of Miami Beach where she lives with her family.
